Youth Fitness Camp

Our expert coaches use a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting to get our kids to love exercise.

Parents, gain 90 minutes of FREE TIME!

Summer is coming to an end, but your to-do list still isn’t complete.

Let us lead your kids through group fitness for 90 minutes a day, 3 days per week for the final 2 weeks of summer.

Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop strength and body awareness, meet some other kids and build their confidence. Our goal is to teach them how to exercise properly in a fun environment.

We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, jumping, carrying, and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.

Strength

Your child will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports.

Healthy habits

Our classes help kids develop an exercise routine that they can stick to for a lifetime.

Teamwork & leadership

Group classes teach teamwork. Fitness games teach kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement.

Confidence

Our kids develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.

Why our kids program?

  • What: Join us for a fun, educational program focused on good movement and a growth mindset for kids who want to build strength and better body mechanics while working on injury prevention.
  • When: July 23, 24, 25 and July 30, 31 and August 1st (T/W/Th x 2 weeks). Classes are  90 minutes, from 10:00am – 11:30am.
  • Who: For ages 10-13
  • Where: 1402 West College Street, Murfreesboro, TN. Rampage.
  • Why: Because it’s all about having fun while staying active and healthy!
  • Cost: $170

Joseph Bolta

Hello! My name is Joseph, and some call me Bolta. Either is fine!

I’ll be your child’s coach!
I have a passion for coaching kids, and am dedicated to helping them gain confidence by challenging them individually and to be curious about their fitness and capabilities in the gym.

My goal is to set them up for success for their health as they grow physically and mentally.

  • CrossFit Level 1 Certified
