Kids classes for Ages 8-11 & 11-14
Summer break is coming and we’re offering 3 days per week of fitness for your kids aged 8-14.
Let us lead your kids through group fitness for 60 minutes a day, up to 3 days per week as we kick off summer break. The class runs for 10 weeks and lines up with the Rutherford Co. Schools summer break so they’ll have a fitness program to keep them active all summer.
Through our Kids Fitness Class, your child will develop strength and body awareness, meet some other kids and build their confidence. Our goal is to teach them how to exercise properly in a fun environment.
There are 2 different age options: 8-11 and 11-14. If your child falls in the middle, you can pick which range feels more appropriate.
We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, jumping, carrying, and lifting we get kids to enjoy exercise.
Strength
Your child will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports.
Healthy habits
Our classes help kids develop an exercise routine that they can stick to for a lifetime.
Teamwork & leadership
Group classes teach teamwork. Fitness games teach kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement.
Confidence
Our kids develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.
Why our kids program?
- What: Our program is designed to be fun and educational with a focus on teaching proper movement. Regardless if your kid plays sports or not, it’s helpful for all kids to build strength and better body mechanics while working on injury prevention. This isn’t one of our sport specific courses, although it’s still beneficial for youth athletes in their offseasons. This is general youth strength & conditioning for all kids 8-14!

- Frequency Options: 1-3x/week
- Who: For kids ages 8-11 and 11-14
- Where: Rampage Gym, 1400A West College Street, Murfreesboro, TN.
- Focus: Speed, strength, agility, fun & games
- Pricing:
- 1x/Wk = $40 Bi Weekly
- 2x/Wk = $80 Bi Weekly
- 3x/Wk = $120 Bi Weekly
* Class reservations required through our app to manage class sizes. 8 Kids per class.
*Billing is set up on auto-draft, with a 1 week cancellation notice.

Hello! My name is Joseph, and some call me Bolta. Either is fine!
I’ll be your child’s coach!
I have a passion for coaching kids, and am dedicated to helping them gain confidence by challenging them individually and to be curious about their fitness and capabilities in the gym.
My goal is to set them up for success for their health as they grow physically and mentally.
