Our expert coaches use a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting to get our kids to love exercise.
Why our kids program?
It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t.
The best thing we can do is make them strong.
Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.
We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.

Why our kids program?
- What: Join us for a fun, educational program focused on good movement and a growth mindset for kids who want to build strength and better body mechanics while working on injury prevention.
- When: Every Tuesday/Thursday from 4:00-5:00 pm, starting May 28th, ending June 20th
- Who: For ages 10-14
- Where: 1402 West College Street, Murfreesboro, TN. CrossFit Rampage.
- Why: Because it’s all about having fun while staying active and healthy!
- Cost: $155

Joseph Bolta
Hello! My name is Joseph, and some call me Bolta. Either is fine!
I’ll be your child’s coach!
I have a passion for coaching kids, and am dedicated to helping them gain confidence by challenging them individually and to be curious about their fitness and capabilities in the gym.
My goal is to set them up for success for their health as they grow physically and mentally.
