When will you work out?
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Our group classes are open to all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. We allow up to 14 people per class, with an average of 10. Every class is 1 hour, and begins with a thorough 15 minute warm up that changes every day depending on the work out. The rest of the class may contain elements of strength training, cardio, or a combination of both.
We often get asked if we have a beginners class. The reason we do not, is because everyone starts with at least 3 Educational Personal Training sessions in Foundations, which teaches you the basics. Then, the coaches are going make necessary adjustments to the workout for each person in the classes, regardless if it’s your 1st class or 500th!

Monday: 6:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:05pm, 5:10pm, 6:15pm
Tuesday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:05pm, 5:10pm, 6:15pm
Wednesday: 6:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:05pm, 5:10pm, 6:15pm
Thursday: 6:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:05pm, 5:10pm, 6:15pm
Friday: 6:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:05pm, 5:10pm
Saturday: 10:00am
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are all 45 minutes long.
There is a coach led warm up of about 6-8 minutes, followed by 2-3 sections of strength training and conditioning. These sessions are limited to 6 people per time slot, and you are only eligible for whatever time slot your membership allows.

*Small group PT memberships have a set time slot. Whatever time slot you select for your membership is the only one you are eligible to come to.
This is the current schedule as of March 2026. We intend to expand this over the course of the year.
1-on-1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION AVAILABILITY
PT Sessions are based on the availability of the coach.
There may be options as early as 6am and as late as 6:15pm. Prior to committing to a PT membership we’ll confirm we have something that works for your schedule.
