Group CrossFit Class
Our group classes are open to all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. We allow up to 14 people per class, with an average of 10. Every class is 1 hour, and begins with a thorough 15 minute warm up that changes every day depending on the work out. The rest of the class may contain elements of strength training, cardio, or a combination of both.
We often get asked if we have a beginners class. The reason we do not, is because everyone starts with a minimum of 3 Personal Educational Training sessions in Foundations, which teaches you the basics. Then, the coaches are going make necessary adjustments to the workout for each person in the classes, regardless if it’s your 1st class or 500th!

Tuesday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:05pm, 5:10pm, 6:15pm
Wednesday: 6:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:05pm, 5:10pm, 6:15pm
Thursday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:05pm, 5:10pm, 6:15pm
Friday: 6:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:05pm, 5:10pm
Saturday: 10:00am
