What is Small Group Personal Training?
Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) is capped at six people or fewer, allowing our coaches to deliver near one-on-one attention in a small, focused environment.
You’ll train three days per week, at the same time, with the same coach and the same group—creating structure, accountability, and momentum.
Each session is 45 minutes and built around full-body strength training, with conditioning and cardio work included daily. The sessions are efficient, focused, and designed for continuous progress without wasting time.
Current session options, early 2026:
M/W/F @ 7:00am
M/W/F @ 9:00am
Most importantly, every workout is individually adjusted. Loads, movements, and progressions are tailored to your goals, experience level, and limitations—so you’re always training safely and effectively.
Coaching Comes First
This is not a large group class where coaching gets diluted. With only six people, your coach can watch movement quality, give real-time feedback, and make meaningful adjustments. Over time, your coach learns how you move, what you need, and how to push you appropriately.
The level of attention is nearly equivalent to one-on-one personal training, but with the added benefit of training alongside others.
Built in Accountability
When you train on set days, at set times, with the same coach and group, accountability is automatic. Your coach knows when you’re scheduled to train. Your group expects you. Consistency stops being a challenge and becomes part of your routine.
This structure alone is a major reason SGPT members see faster, more reliable progress.
A Plan Designed for You
To get results, training has to be intentional. In large group classes, it’s impossible to know who trained yesterday, who’s training tomorrow, or how to balance the week properly.
With SGPT, we know exactly which days you train. That allows us to program intelligently, manage fatigue, and progress your strength and conditioning week after week.
Comfortable Environment
Not everyone enjoys loud, crowded classes—and that’s okay. Small Group Personal Training offers a quieter, more focused setting where you don’t feel rushed, lost, or overlooked.
You’ll never wonder if you’re doing something right or feel like just another number in the room.
