Rampage Kids Class: Fall 2025

Our program is designed to be fun and educational with a focus on teaching proper movement. Regardless if your kid plays sports or not, it’s helpful for all kids to build strength and better body mechanics while working on injury prevention. This isn’t a sport specific courses, although it’s still beneficial for youth athletes in their offseasons. This is general youth strength & conditioning for all kids 8-14!

Our expert coaches use a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, carrying, pushing, and pulling to get the kids to love exercise.

Rampage Kids After-School Fitness
Fall’s in the air, homework’s in the backpack, and it’s time for some after school fitness!

What it is
Sixty action-packed minutes of coach-led games, drills, and strength work—up to 2 afternoons a week for 13 weeks, wrapping right before Thanksgiving so the holidays stay stress-free.

* Class reservations required through our app to manage class sizes. 8 Kids per class.

Joseph Bolta

Hello! My name is Joseph, and some call me Bolta. Either is fine!

I’ll be your child’s coach!
I have a passion for coaching kids, and am dedicated to helping them gain confidence by challenging them individually and to be curious about their fitness and capabilities in the gym.

My goal is to set them up for success for their health as they grow physically and mentally.
