It’s quite easy to get started at CrossFit Rampage. Below are a list of options you can choose from to get started.
1. BOOK A FREE WORKOUT OR “NO-SWEAT INTRO”
Check the righthand side of this page and enter your name/email and in the message let us know you’re interested in an Intro workout. These are approximately 45 minutes.
Book a free 20minute consultation. Our “No-Sweat Intro” is so you can drop by the gym, chat with a coach about what CrossFit is all about, ask questions and see if its something you’d be furthere interested in. Just type “No Sweat Intro” in the message box.

Once you do come in for exericse, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a participation waiver. Wear athletic clothing that you can easily move in. Things you might not want to wear include but are not limited to: cowboy boots, scuba gear, parkas, leather chaps, steel toe boots, tuxedos, and suspenders.
Parking: There is ample parking directly against the from of our building and in the center overflow parking area of the complex we are located within.
2 FREE FOUNDATIONS CLASSES? WHAT DOES THAT INCLUDE?
During our no obligation, complimentary foundations class 1 , you will learn more about what CrossFit is, what we deﬁne “ﬁtness” as, and a little about the gym and environment. We will finish by putting you through a short, intense WOD (workout of the day) to give you a taste of what we do. The purpose of this session is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. At the end of your session, we’ll discuss how the rest of the Foundations program is laid out, and talk about membership options and class schedules.
All new members must complete the 2 week Foundations Program before starting with the group training.
THE FIRST CLASS IS FREE.
Our 90 minute Foundations classes are the stepping stone to our regular CrossFit Class. Still CrossFit, but scaled back for the beginner, with added focus on movement and technique with less complex exercises. You must complete the Foundations course prior to signgin up for a CrossFit membership.
Whether you’re an athlete, generally active, or haven’t worked out in years, CrossFit can be for you, and the Foundations Program is where to start.
The Foundations Program is designed to bring you up to speed on the foundations of CrossFit; the form and technique of our movements, philosophy behind the CrossFit Program and to help you experience the community of the gym.
The classes will allow you to learn proper technique on squats, presses and deadlifts, as well as other classic CrossFit movements like the box jump, wall-ball, pullup and double under. Each session starts with a thorough warm up and movement prep, followed by a the learning of a specific movement. Each class will finish with a workout tailored around the movement learned that day. You will also learn about the role of intensity in an exercise program, and the purpose and definition of fitness.
At CrossFit Rampage we work hard and have a great time doing it! The community is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the workouts are extremely rewarding. There’s no reason to be nervous. This was new to all of us at some point!
