Warm Up:

2rds:
250m  Row
Farmer Carry D/B 2 x (24/16kg)
5 lateral box step ups each (as high as possible)
5 sciatic nerve floss each
20 Single Unders
–then–
3 rds:
3 T2B or 5 Kipping Knee Raises
10 Double Unders or 15 Singles
3 Cleans (start light, end your 3rd rd at your start weight)

Skill, Strength, or Mobility:

Squat Clean:
Minute 1:  3 Reps at first bar weight.
Minute 2:  2 Reps at 2nd bar weight.
Minute 3: 1 Rep at 3rd bar weight.
Minute 4: 1 Rep at 4th bar weight. (if possible)
Minute 5: 1 Rep at 5th bar weight. (if possible)

Set up for workout.

WOD:

Open 16.2

Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb.

If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
9 squat cleans, 275 / 175 lb.

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
7 squat cleans, 315 / 205 lb.

Stop at 20 minutes.
