Snatch Pull from each position, and Snatch from each position.
Hips
Above Knee
Below knee
*Do a few reps at each until it looks right.

Skill, Strength, or mobility:

Snatch Pull + Snatch. 6 x 1.1.
*Increasing, but no misses. Every 2 Minutes.

WOD:

EMOTM x 6
1) 8 DB OH Walking Lunge (4ea arm)
2) 10 T2B or 15 Sit-ups
into (clock doesnt stop)
EMOTM x 6
1) 10 Alt DB Snatches
2) 12/10 Calorie Row
