Barbell position holds:
2 rounds x 10sec each empty bar

-Push Jerk Catch

Skill, Strength, or Mobility:

A) Push Jerk: Work to a heavy set of 3 in 10 minutes.

B) Push Jerk: 3 x 2 @ 90% of “A” E90S
