WORK:

A) Partner Med-Ball Standing throws
Step + Chest Pass x 10
OH Pass x 10
Backward Toss x 10
Slam + Pass x 10
Lateral Toss x 20 (alternating)

B) Partner Plate Move w/ partner plank hold.
*After each movement, move plate to other end (where partner is).
2 rounds:
G2OH x 20
Bear Hug Squat x 20
Alt Plate Push-up x 20
OH Press x 20
OH Lunge (in place) x 20

C) Partner Egg x 1 max set until you break!
